Half Day Indoor Rock Climbing - Limerick City for Two
Indoor climbing is an increasingly popular form of rock climbing. Indoor climbing is fun, safe and supervised – it is very good for all ages. It is one of the best ways to stay in shape, hang with friends and other active people and perfectly spend your free time. In addition, rock climbing also improves coordination, problem solving skills and mental strength, so you get a good physical and mental work out.
No experience is needed. We provide all equipment and instruction to help you have a safe fun experience. Don't worry if you’re nervous about heights we build up the level slowly so you gain confidence as you go. Other information
There is a minimum age limit of 12 years and a minimum height restriction of 1.4m (4’7”). There is also a maximum weight restriction of 120kg (19 stone). Equipment provided, Fully Qualified Instructors and Insurance cover guaranteed.
