A clinical dance duo, The Salsa Medics brings fun, fitness and Latino footwork to Galway’s rhythmically inclined. Operating from the Victoria Hotel on Queen St, just off Eyre Square, they impart their hot stepping know-how in Cuban salsa and Rueda moves for beginners and beyond, and entertain with performances, parties, and a late night salsa club. The shimmying double act focus on the health benefits of the Latin jig, with an aim to get foot tappers on to the dance floor with confidence and Cuban flair.

Salsa Medics, Beginners classes are held at Victoria Hotel, Queen Street (off Eyre Square), Galway City, on Sundays, 9pm-10pm. In Westport, Co. Mayo beginners classes are held at R. Walsh (formally Blouser’s), James Street, on Wednesdays, 8.30 pm – 9.30 pm
