Ballyconneely is the peninsula, jutting into the Atlantic between Clifden, Co Galway to the north and Roundstone to the south, it contains some of the most tranquil, unspoilt and interesting beaches and countryside to be found anywhere in the country.
This popular two and a half hour beginner course teaches you how to safely get out and up onto your first wave. Ideal for first time surfers or those seeking to refresh or refine their basic technique. Learn surf awareness and safety, warm ups and stretches, standing up, paddling techniques and catching waves.
You'll be amazed at how easy, safe and enjoyable it can be to learn to surf!
