It is excellent for surfers and non-surfers alike, as it provides an isometric workout that strengthens your core muscle groups, while giving you a FUN and EXCITING way to view the natural surroundings. Whether you want to have a go for the first time or touch up your skills, our Stand up Paddle Boarding Experience is just for you.
SUP is really easy to learn, we start you off by perfecting your basic paddling skills on a flatwater session, head on a beautiful Trip and then once you are happy with that we can paddle around to White Strand surf beach where we can learn on the quiet uncrowded waves there and you can start catching your first waves with the security of having a top class Instructor by your side for guidance and advice.

Dress Code
We will provide you with all the necessary equipment. We have a brand new selection of Stand Up Paddle boards. All you need to bring is a towel, swimming togs/shorts, a second pair of old shorts to go over your wetsuit, old pair of shoes you don’t mind getting wet and a sense of adventure.

The experience will only be cancelled and rescheduled in the case of very strong winds or big waves
