Coasteering Experience for Teens with Adventure West
Explore the rugged West Coast of Ireland like never before. Coasteering is a brand new adventure activity combining adventure swimming, rock-scrambling, exploring caves and cliff jumping, all in one action packed session. Our experienced and qualified instructors will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable adventure. Coasteering requires no previous experience but you must be a competent swimmer.

Duration
2.5 to 3 hours, depending on size and overall ability of group.

Dress Code
All specialist equipment will be provided including helmets, buoyancy aids, wetsuits, gloves and specialist instruction. You will need to bring swimming togs for under the wetsuit and a pair of old runners/trainers that can get wet. Bring a warm change of clothes and dry shoes for afterwards and any medication that you require, e.g. inhalers, epipen.

Other information
The age limit for this gift is 14-18 years. There are no weight or height restrictions but a basic level of fitness is required to scramble on rocks and move around freely. You should also be comfortable swimming in the sea.
